I’m a collaboration strategist and leadership practitioner who designs practical systems that turn vision into action. I work across nonprofit, education, public sector, and community-based organizations—and I’m always open to partnering with for-profit teams who care about doing meaningful work well.

About Me

I hold a Doctorate in Leadership Studies and have worked across higher education, K–12 systems, nonprofit leadership, and state-level partnerships. My experience includes board leadership and work alongside organizations like FIVE18 Family Services, Vision30, and the Central Virginia Academy for Nonprofit Excellence.

Why this Matters
